Step-by-step
Open QC deliberately after intake
Seller→warehouse is often about 1–3 days after seller shipment; standard photo QC is commonly about one business day after receipt — confirm live in order status.
Compare colour, logos, stitching, tags, accessories, and options to the paid listing. Zoom. Do not approve from a drive-by glance.
Use free storage to gather keepers
Help summaries cite about 90 days of free storage with extension options before disposal rules — re-check live.
Approve keepers as they arrive, then pack once. Storage is not an excuse to ignore failed QC.
Request extras when a tell is missing
Standard QC usually includes photos. Detailed photos/video may be paid add-ons — ask before packing if a critical angle is missing.
QC is not an authenticity certificate or retail-perfection promise. It is a checkpoint for the unit you bought.
Escalate wrong / damaged items before Stage 2
Wrong variants, missing parts, and visible defects are much harder after the parcel leaves China.
Ask for more angles if unclear; pursue return/refund paths before paying international shipping if clearly wrong.
Pack only what still deserves freight
Submit packing when every item in that parcel has an accept decision you can live with.
Save QC screenshots next to the listing for higher-value claims or later insurance evidence.
Before you continue
- QC matched to paid live listing
- Storage window confirmed if waiting
- Extra photos requested when needed
- Bad items handled before Stage 2
- Only keepers included in packing
FAQ
Are catalog QC badges the same as warehouse QC?
No. Catalog photos help shortlist. Warehouse QC shows the unit purchased for your order.
How long can items stay stored?
Help summaries cite about 90 days free — confirm live. For the storage-clock question alone, open the free-storage Blog Q&A.
When should I ask for more photos?
Before packing, whenever a tell that changes accept/reject is not visible. For keep-or-return from photos, open the matching Blog Q&A.
Can I fix problems after international dispatch?
Usually harder and more expensive. Use the warehouse window.
Where do warehouse-stage refunds go?
Accepted refunds commonly return to MyCNBox balance after seller/platform processing. Confirm live.
